TWINSTEPS architecture

The project is a renovation to 40,000 sq ft of office space over six floors in downtown San Mateo for an
agile co-working space. In addition to the creation of co-working office space, the roof terrace has been designed to activate an exiting non-usable roof. The penthouse level has been designed to serve as the entrance to the roof amenities and a new raised flooring surface was added to the roof to facilitate a concept of inside/ outside work for its members. The project also included modifications to the existing exterior skin of the building to give a new modern look.
